Log:
We can roundtrip / in path parts with the dev server now. We cannot round trip them with apache as we generate %2F in URIs, which is wrong according to the RFC, and therefore apache doesn't play nicely. Which is a giant heap of turd, but there you go... :-/ Branch to beat this round the head till it works.
