I think the content body can differ depending on the machine
you're testing it on.

I changed the test case to check that the relative Content-Length
between GET and HEAD requests is the same (taking into account
the 1 byte difference between the two, more detail in the
test case)

The test cases are passing for me now, how's it looking for you?
