Hi,

First, thanks to you all for the calendar.

#10, Chained Dispatch has a typo in the instructions. The servers 
script name is wrong:

- $ script/chained_server.pl
+ $ perl script/myadvapp_server.pl

I've added the explicit 'perl' because the shebang in the script 
doesn't match my setup. I would guess that could be true for many.
