Not to delay a needed release for something as minor as the
docs but: there still important things that need to be done
to Intro.pod (and preferably Cookbook.pod). And it's unlikely
I'll be able to do this before Monday morning. I can try
extremely hard to do this Monday evening (I'm out of town now
and will be back Monday evening, and might be able to do work
then).

If other people want to do things on the Cookbook, the main
thing (apart from the not-immediate need to get more recipes
etc. from the Wiki) is to clean up Advent stuff that is too
long and discursive for the Cookbook. The sections on Apache
and FastCGI deployment need to be reduced to a "See [this other
doc]" for example.

But Intro still needs real work.
