Here's a patch against the Cookbook.pod in the docs branch. It  
renames the views to be more consistent with other documentation,  
expands the short names for a couple of examples, and delete's a  
bunch of ^M characters. Also, one thing i've noticed while reading  
the various docs and tutorials is that the first step is to setup a  
TT view. I think that would be a Good Thing to do,by default,  
similiar to Controller/Root.pm. I don't know if the new Action  
behaviors cover this or not,but, thought I would throw it out there.
