[Catalyst-dev] TTSite++

[Ash Berlin]

My vote would be to avoid "clever" names like Elementts - always a 
danger of people thinking its just a typo.

Of course to combat this it could be ElemenTTs but my vote is still for 
Elements <-- plain, simple yet conveys something.
