These are a fresh install of the various things required on a rather  
newer server; please can everybody give them a kick and report if  
anything breaks (note that I know a bunch of links go back to www.  
and dev., if anybody fancies unpicking the hardcodes feel free to  
volunteer :)

In the absence of it dying, I'll cut across in the next day or two.
