[Catalyst-dev] List addresses now @lists.scsys.co.uk - adjust your mail filters

I warned you all this was going to happen :)

Just to be clear, the canonical addresses are now

catalyst at lists.scsys.co.uk

catalyst-dev at lists.scsys.co.uk

with the aim that soon we won't be dependent on the rawmode.org domain at all.

This will save me having to wake gabb up every time the A record changes.
