[Catalyst-dev] Proposal to the Perl Foundation for CatalystX::Installer

After reviewing Getopt::Long some more, I think it would fit the task
quite well.

Since the deadline is almost here, I'm going to go ahead and submit my
application now. However, I still want to keep discussing the details
of this project.
