What I've never quite worked out is why nobody confuses URIs and template
paths,. but they do confuse the private path.
: seems reasonable, though I do wonder why we can't just use :: and stop
lc'ing things so it becomes
$c->forward('Foo::bar') for MyApp::Controller::Foo::bar?
