[Catalyst-dev] Patch for Catalyst-Action-REST to allow json options

Hi!

I'd like to add a relaxed option to JSON->new (to allow JSON to accept  
those pesky trailing commas in lists and hashes). Below is a patch to  
allow this configuration in the controller. with tests.

Can this be added into the next release?
