Thanks for so much time and effort over the years and good luck taking your=
 career to the next level. =A0I can certainly understand how hard it can be=
 to balance work / opensource and family time.

Maybe we should take the opportunity as a community to figure out how to br=
eak out project duties so that so much effort doesn't fall on a handful of =
shoulders. =A0If that could happen I would hope you'd be willing to serve a=
s perpetual 'Uber Mentor in Chief' :)
