[Catalyst] Catalyst::Plugin::AcceptLanguage

Hello,
I just wrote some trivial Catalyst plugin. 
Catalyst::Plugin::AcceptLanguage uses I18N::AcceptLanguage to determine 
browser's preffered language and set it in the context hash. Maybe 
someone will find it useful.
It requires Catalyst 5 only because of tests, which use action 
functions introduced in 5.00.
