[Catalyst] Missing Mason error?

If I have an error in my Mason page I get this message in my browser:

 

Caught exception "Can't locate object method "errors" via package
"BirdWeb::Admin" at
/usr/pkg/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.6/Catalyst/View/Mason.pm line 121."

 

The actual mason error is in the log.

 

Is this actually a missing method from Catalyst::View::Mason?
