Yes.  I had an argument once with a Bozo manager who wouldn't accept
that HTML::Template did not achieve separation of presentation and
logic.  He sort of looked a little worried for a moment, I could almost
hear his two brain cells clack together as his eyes slightly squinted
before he came out with, "No, it does!".  I knew there was no point in
trying to get through to him.
