[Catalyst] MVC comparison code samples

FYI, I've posted updated code samples from my talk at OSCON comparing
Catalyst, OpenInteract2, and CGI::Application.  The code makes use of
the new forward() with args ability that was added to Catalyst after
YAPC.

I didn't update it to use the new scaffolding component because I cut
most of that part from the presentation this time.  It took too long and
wasn't as interesting as the method-by-method code comparison.
