[Catalyst] problem with Catalyst::View::TT from cpan

I know this is fixed in the trunk (.20),but, I thought I'd point out 
that cpan is a version behind (.19), and there's a minor syntax error 
with the view that gets generated.

INCLUDE_PATH => [
         MyApp->path_to( 'root', 'src' )
         MyApp->path_to( 'root', 'lib' )
     ],


Since it's bitten me in a couple different environments, I thought I'd 
raise the issue here, and hopefully someone can update cpan.
