[Catalyst] Authentication: first steps

Thanks for the hint Mike!
I looked at the ServerDB example in the svn repo but on the harddisk it's
easier to find the relevant things.
After installing millions of needed modules the testserver
(./script/serverdb_server.pl) runs fine.

When logging in firefox wants to save favicon.ico, IE works as expected.
How to fix this?
