Everything mentioned so far?  Score two points for sub-dirs named
'lib', 'root', 'script', 't'; one point for files named 'Changes',
'Makefile.PL', 'README'.  You need at least four points to be a home
dir.  The existence of 'lib/*/{C,M,V}' would also be a strong
indicator that you're in the right place.
