[Catalyst] request for MailMan config change

Could whoever's in charge of this list's mailman configuration please
consider enabling "Reply-To" munging?  Once again, I've sent a reply
meant for the list to a single person.  In addition, I keep getting
private replies that I suspect were meant for the entire list.  For
