[Catalyst] Hops-0.04 released

Hi,

The Hops-0.04 example is available at http://www.simonf.com/catalyst

Changes:
         - fixed typo in checking for "desc"
         - added paging from the ServerDB example by Andy Grundman
         - moved the retrieval of objects into the list() method 
from the 		'list' template
         - stopped inheriting the model from 
Catalyst::Model::CDBI::CRUD 		  and moved the methods into Hops::C::CRUD
(last two items mentioned by Michael Reece and Will Hawes).
