The httpd configuration is:

  PerlSetEnv PERL5LIB /var/catalyst/myapp/lib:/var/catalyst/myapp/conf

  <Location />
    SetHandler perl-script
    PerlHandler MyApp

    SetHandler default-handler
  </Location>

  <Location /perl-status>    
    SetHandler perl-script
    PerlHandler Apache::Status
