IMO, yes that would make sense.

I can actually think of two kinds of articles. One is straightforward 
advocacy articles: "I love TT because...". The second is balanced 
comparisons (like we already have at 
http://dev.catalyst.perl.org/wiki/VersusRails ).

The second type are possibly more valuable but harder to write, since 
you must try rather hard to avoid bias. That's not to say that the first 
type isn't also a great thing to have.
