[Catalyst] Remove .pl from scripts?

Due to some experiences with customers I came to the conclusion that I
always want to supply the proper file extension. I don't think the
information which interpreter runs certain scripts should be only
discoverable by looking into the files themselves.

That might have not been proper english. But I just woke up and am having
my first coffee.
