[Catalyst] Suggestion: Catalyst::Plugin::Authentication::LDAP patch to support user_prepend

Looking at this LDAP authentication, it supports the user at mydomain style for 
binding to an Active Directory , this patch provides support for the 'OLD' 
way of specifying the user as WORKGROUP\username.
