[Catalyst] All DBIC users: Please test DBIx-Class 0.03999_03

Right, I figure there's probably a fair few people on the Catalyst list who
aren't on the dbix-class one.

Can anybody who has a minute please grab

and fire up your DBIx::Class using applications against it, see if it all
works ok? There are very few feature changes since 0.03003 but I've swapped
out NEXT in the core in favour of stevan's wonderful Class::C3 - what I'm
hoping you'll see is a fully working app that runs faster; if you see anything
else, shout to the appropriate list or come bug me on irc.perl.org#dbix-class

If you rely on DBIx::Class, *please* test this - if I don't get any reported
bugs in the next couple days I'll be pushing this to CPAN as 0.04.
