I've decided the code isn't available for release, at least for now.
Although the UI portion is relatively developed, there are fundamental
design unknowns that require exploratory work and extensive rearchitecture
to make it usable as a product. I think releasing it in its current state is
asking for trouble.

I've committed myself to making it more of a usable product. When that
happens, I'll reconsider making the source available. Until then, I'm
thinking about breaking out and releasing some components on CPAN to see how
that goes. IMHO those are the only parts that would be usable now anyway.
