Fixed. Stupid IE can't handle comments (gerenrated by Template::Timer)
before !DOCTYPE declaration therefore was ignoring it => general layout
mayhem and f**king up. Newer versions of Cat turn off timer by default,
but that install is a 5.33, thus the bug.
