I think waswas was just getting frustrated because you seemed to be asking
the same question over and over even after you'd been given what seemed to
him (and to me) to be an answer that pretty much covered your available
options.

Always remember - asking on a public mailing list is free, if you don't
like the answer you can have every penny of it back! If you want your
advice held to professional standards of etiquette then you really ought to
look for a commercial support/consultancy contract; we have clients for
such and I'm sure there are others on the list who could offer a similar
service.
