A 5.66 catalyst.pl should create it for you. It may be you've ended up with 
the recent catalyst.pl installed somewhere else in your path - on my main 
development box there was a /usr/local/bin/catalyst.pl installed against the 
system perl I accidentally used a couple times before realising that the one I 
actually wanted was the /usr/pkg/lib/perl5/site_perl/bin/catalyst.pl which was 
installed against my pkgsrc perl.
