[Catalyst] [ANNOUNCE] UploadProgress plugin

Just a note.

It requires Catalyst::Plugin::Cache::FastMmap which in turn requires 
Cache::FastMmap which is incompatible with win32.

Windows users need not to try this. It won't work.
