[Catalyst] What a waste of time

catalyst is fine. It *could* use a book in the style of *agile web dev with
catalyst", but the fact that it doesn't have one doesn't mean it's broken.

The learning curve is harder because of the absence of such a book, but the
tool itself works well. You just need the patience to figure it out. If
you're looking for a tool that will serve you well for years to come, the
month or two of investment is no biggy. The community is also very informed
and helpful.

Good luck with ROR, it's also a good framework. Hope you don't need UTF8
though, because the ruby world is about 5 years behind perl in that respect.
