[Catalyst] Has anybody seen PluginTestApp.pm?

I just downloaded and installed Catalyst-5.681 from CPAN. I see that
t/lib/PluginTestApp.pm is present, thanks! (Unfortunately, the broken
tar ._ files are back.)
