[Catalyst] Is Catalyst large enough to sustain a book?

I think this is getting far ahead of the curve and, much more importantly, is a
choice that the author of such a book--should it ever exist--ought to be allowed
to make. Different books with different goals might make different choices.

IMO, the book can be branded Catalyst and cover everything in Task::Catalyst
which includes DBIC, TT and HW among other things. From a public relations and
marketing perspective, I think it should cover "All you need to start with
Catalyst" (Task::Catalyst tag line) and be branded Catalyst, not Catalyst/$ORM.
