[Catalyst] Has anybody seen PluginTestApp.pm?

The mirrors I've looked at still have 5.68 in 02packages.details.txt.
For instance, http://mirrors.kernel.org/CPAN/ has:

Catalyst  5.68  M/MR/MRAMBERG/Catalyst-5.68.tar.gz

For now people can do "install M/MR/MRAMBERG/Catalyst-5.682.tar.gz"
but I wonder what's up with the indexing.
