[Catalyst] Translations for error message

You may know the built in error screen you get when not in debug mode.
It says "Please come back later" in multiple languages, but so far we  
have not that many translations.

Please add translations for other languages to the list.

     (en) Please come back later
     (de) Bitte versuchen sie es später noch einmal


Don't forget to encode special characters.
