[Catalyst] quick windows catinabox question

I'm writing this on a machine running ASS 5.8.7 and cygwin 5.8.7 and Catalyst 
and DBIC both work fine on both. The one thing I still can't get to work on 
cygwin is svk, and I think that's now one Cwd bug away from being sorted.
