[Catalyst] auth::DBIC & session problems

By way of followup:

I've got some new functionality to add to my app, so I'm concentrating on
that. ONe cthat's done, I plan to check out fastcgi as an alternative,
because I don't have these problems with the test server, just mod_perl.

If fcgi doesn't do it for me, I'll have to resort to some authentication
store other than DBIC...maybe roll a custom jobby using an external yaml
file.

We'll see.
