[Catalyst] problem with Catalyst::Plugin::XMLRPC on Solaris

Catalyst::Plugin::XMLRPC is a misdesigned failure, and strongly disrecommended

Catalyst::Plugin::Server obsoletes it; we'd be happy to give you some help 
with that.
