Just a word of warning: FastCgiExternalServer and FastCgiWrapper do not
mix.

If you have FastCgiWrapper enabled (e.g. suexec) than
FastCgi tries to launch the wrapper with the name of the
virtual file, completely ignoring the external server.

Took me way too long to figure out last week.
