[Catalyst] Catalyst::View::Chart::Strip 0.03

First public release, almost definitely a bit rough around the edges,
but Works For Me.

This View allows Catalyst controller actions to generate nice-looking
time-series stripcharts in png and jpeg formats using Chart::Strip. 
You might want to roughly familiarize yourself with Chart::Strip
itself before diving into this new View.
