[Catalyst] 124 Plugins on CPAN!

Dear List,

Updating Catalyst::Manual::Plugins tonight and just about to commit it.
There are 124 including sub-components!

What a mess we are in with the Plugins on CPAN. What do we do? We don't
know if people are still using the old ones, but it's hard to keep them
all documented etc.

Thoughts?
