[Catalyst] how to use catalyst config value.......

hi to all

i have bit problem................... if  i want set config in catalyst
like this

$URI_BASE =Zrush

Shop->config->{uri_base} = $URI_BASE;

how to use in template tool kit   ................... can i use like this
[%config.uri_base%] it will be printed    Zrush
