[Catalyst] Migration from Class::DBI to DBIx::Class (with CDBICompat)

Hi Matt!

On second thought I think I'll stick with Class::DBI (0.96) for the 
moment, since I have a tight timeline for this project with the customer 
and migration to DBIx::Class doesn't seem a straight path.

The main problem I'm encountering is the lack of good documentation: 
Catalyst PODs (i.e. Intro) still show Class::DBI in the examples, and 
DBIx::Class documentation seems not at all on par with Class::DBI's.

It's not a rant - of course - I just think I'll wait some time. ;-)
