[Catalyst] CDBI/Pager problems

CDBI::Sweet does not restrict you in any way.  I have a lot of lower level
CDBI stuff going on, including a weird relationship plugin that messes
around with the internals a bit.  I didn't have to change any existing code
aside from slight changes to how paging was done since CDBI::Sweet has a
different syntax than CDBI::Plugin::Pager.
