[Catalyst] New Tutorial

Very nice.  I particularly like the focus on XML rather than SQL to build
the examples.

I've put a link to this on the wiki.  It would be nice if you added the page
in pod to the wiki though.

It would be nice to include a script that does the nescessary work to build
the code bits of these tutorial applications so that it is possible to
verify that the code works nicely with the current version of catalyst +
other dependencies.

I'll be having a good look at this soon.
