[Catalyst] JSON instead of YAML?

Let us not forget that one of the main reasons behind YAML and (I assume)
JSON is to have a format that is readable by multiple programming
languages.

Of course we do not need that on Catalyst. If Perl can read it (and humans
can easily write/read it too), that is sufficient.

A "config.pm" file in an agreed format that can be 'use'd or 'require'd is
sufficient IMHO.

Any and all Perl-programmer can write it and one needs no additional
modules to handle it as Perl itself already has it.
