[Catalyst] InstantCRUD issues

InstantCRUD already has a stylesheet that works pretty well with the
default HTML spitted out by HTML::Widget. But i can add a config
option to add a user defined class to the element_container_class
attribute of all widgets if Zby agreed with that.
