[Catalyst] cat 5.7 upgrade report

I upgraded from 5.678 to 5.7001 last night.

This is on my WinXP laptop.

FOrst I uninstalled activestate 5.8.7 and installed
5.8.8. Then, using a combination of CPAN, and ppm
(where CPAN installs failed) I upgraded a bunch of
modules like DBIx::Class.

Cat runtime and cat devel insstalled via cpan without
incident, and so far my little app works.

The only error I get is at myapp_server startup time:

So I say: well done!
