[Catalyst] IE always show "The page cannot be displayed" then post a request.

The IE always show "The page cannot be displayed" then posting a request. 

 

It's ok when getting a request,

 

and it's ok then posting a request with firefox or lynx.

 

The Catalyst is newest that's installed form cpan yesterday.
